When does the ceremony begin?

Promptly at 4:30pm

When does the venue open to guests?

4pm (30 minutes before the ceremony starts)

Can I bring a plus one?

With the limitations in our budget and the venue's space, we will not be able to accommodate plus ones for each guest. We will specify the invited guests' names on each invitation. If you received a plus one, it will also be noted when you fill out the official RSVP on this site. We apologize and appreciate your understanding! There is a pretty significant fee if we go over our guest limit.

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

We have an amazing photographer and videographer, and they will be there to capture all of the moments of the ceremony. We do kindly ask that phones be put away and silenced during the ceremony portion.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Ellington Hall in Santa Rosa. The ceremony will be held in their semi-outdoor space. The grounded is evenly paved and there is some overhead coverage from the sun. The reception will take place inside one of their indoor ballrooms. There will be AC indoors and restrooms available.

Will dinner be provided?

Yes! We will provide dinner and dessert.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there is a free parking lot outside of the hall. The parking is shared with other businesses in the lot, so we recommend carpooling to the wedding with the other guests in your party if you can.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

When you fill out the official RSVP on this site, there will be a prompt where you can let us know about any dietary restrictions/allergies you have.

Will there be an open bar?

We will not have an open bar at the reception but will have other complimentary beverages served, including sparkling water and a variety of sodas. We kindly ask that you do not bring alcohol or other substances to the venue. There are hefty fees if either are brought onto the premises.

What's the best way to RSVP?

Please fill out our formal RSVP included on this site.

What is the deadline to RSVP?

May 24, 2026

Do you have a wedding registry?

Yes! Our registry is linked in the top menu of this website. Contributions toward our honeymoon, a road trip up the Oregon coast, are our top choice. This will be our first real romantic getaway together as a couple, and we're so excited!

What should I do if I am sick the day of the wedding?

If you are feeling sick the day of the wedding, we will completely understand if you stay home!

When will the reception end?

10pm (after a lot of dancing)
